HIISI Taproom & Bottleshop: Week 10, 1€ For Ukraine + Tasting

IT HASN’T BEEN EASY

And it’s definitely not easy in Ukraine either. Because of you, our customers, we’ve been able to get through tough times. Because of you we are still here and now able to offer our help in this crisis. So thank you.  

Week 10, 7.3.-13.3.2022, HIISI Taproom & Bottleshop will run with the theme “1 Euro for Ukraine”*, which means we will donate 1€ per sold product based on the sales of that week to this fundraising campaign. The funds will go to Finnish Red Cross’ Disaster Relief Fund, which is widely considered to be one of the safest ways of giving monetary support towards the crisis in Ukraine.

Anyone can make a donation to the fund, in which case the money will go straight the Finnish Red Cross. You might want to make a donation if you want to support the cause, but can’t make it to HIISI Taproom & Bottleshop within that week, for example. For practical reasons, the fund will remain open longer than just week 10, specifically 3.3.2022-20.03.2022.

*HIISI Taproom & Bottleshop will donate to the fund based on the sales of week 10 (7.3.-12.3.2022), with a formula of 1€ per sold product. For example, 1 lunch will count as 1€ towards our donation to the fund. A tasty way to participate!

PS. We will also organize a special tasting on Thursday 10.03.2022, called “HIISI: Beer & Music Recommendations”. 50% of ticket sales (30€ per ticket) will be added to the donation we make. Tickets to the tasting will be available for purchase upon request at HIISI Taproom & Bottleshop.
