Cold IPA
Peri, seer of forgetful Finns,
small domains but dreadful sins,
coils a ball from washed-out thinking,
knitting us all into loops that are linking.
You are holding an IPA which is pale as death and proud of it. Peri is clean and refreshing, but bitter enough to give you frostbite. Enjoy chilled (8-10°C) with some guacamole and tacos. Musically, pair it with Finnish progressive rock, such as the sublime Sammal.
